The development of young cricketers at Thongsbridge is key to the future success of the club in developing cricketers who can play at the highest levels, together with social cricketers who wish to improve their own game.

At the foundation of this plan is the provision of quality coaching and each year the club is increasing the number of qualified coaches to support this. We are fortunate that our own senior players and our visiting overseas players make a significant contribution to this team, bringing not only their coaching skills but also their playing experience from around the globe.

This year we are fortunate to have a great group of players who are involved in the week to week coaching of all the junior teams and are also available for 1:1 specialist coaching. These coaches have full access to the training faculties at Thongsbridge and bring different experiences from the UK, India and South Africa.
